I am neutral on the idea of establishing characteristics for ferret breeds,
but I have noticed that there appears to be at least two coat types -soft
and wirey.  Right now, of my seven, four are the stiffer wirey type, and
three have thick, soft fur.  Also, I would love to hear from more angora
ferret owners regarding their health, habits, temperament, size and colors.
 
P.S. - Could someone please elaborate on what a "Demi-giga" is ... thanks.
