Hi.

Recently, someone contacted me saying that they called Parrots of the
World to ask about the availability of angoras as well as the assortment
of colors available. She was told that Parrots of the World only sells
cinnamons and the dark selfs (are they called sables?) since the other
colors did not make good pets. Huh?? I asked if she was certain that
she did not misunderstand something, but she was positive this is what
she was told.

Does anyone know about this? I have never really thought that ferret
behavior, angora or otherwise, was dependent on color.

If this has been covered and is available in the archives, please let me
know.
