Congrats on your new, not so little boy!
 
Ferrets can vary greatly in size, so don't worry about Marley being so much
bigger than Ferret Face.  Just as long as the youngster isn't picking on
the old man, there's no problem.
 
If Marley is still whole, you'll want to wait til he is at least 6 months
old before neutering, older if you can stand the smell and he doesn't start
getting aggressive towards FF.  You don't need to have him descented, it
won't have any effect on his normal smell.
 
I don't know any vets that far east (Mentor), there are some good ones west
of Cleveland and in Akron.  There is a ferret club in Cleveland, so you may
want to contact NOFA at [log in to unmask], their web site is
http://www.ohioferret.org/
