Can only tell you when we had three ferrets, the first two played together
all the time. So for the third ferret which was one month younger then
#2 and two months younger then #1, this was a sad situation. For # 3
ferret to play with #1 or #2, we had to keep one ferret in their cage.
Would never recommend three ferrets against two that are one month apart.
Not sure how older ferrets, versus youngers ones would do, just sharing
how our three didn't work out too well together when play time was around.
