Black greasy poop, Help!

Hey All,
I did just send off for the FAQ to search for medical help, but I wanted to
email the list as well. A friend just called, her girl has been noticably
lethargic and losing weight for about a week now. Her poop was really
runny, but is now black and greasy. My friend did bring a new kit home
from the pet store about 2 weeks ago and DID NOT seperate the two. The
kit is fine, just her female who has these nasty symptoms. Please do not
write to flame her through me about not separating the two, she really
needs help. Any ideas, thoughts, experiences, or advice would be great
though. She has taken her to the vet who has ruled out any lumps, bumps,
or growths.

He has no answers and is knowledgable about ferts. She does eat and drink
a little, then goes and lays right back down.

So, email right away if you can help at all...thanks so much.
