Thanks for a wonderful story!  I can fully relate to it...my husband, Ken,
thinks I'm crazy because I am so good at reading what the ferrets are
trying to tell me.  Not as good as you, I don't think, but they do tell
us a lot.
 
There was an article that appeared in the Orlando Sentinel last week that
titled, "Animals may know more than we think" that I think you would find
interesting.  It discusses that research has shown that animals are a lot
smarter then most people realize.  It was from the Knight Ridder newspapers
so it should be readily available.  If you can't find it, I'd be happy to
send you a copy.
