uh oh lung worms

My ferrets go out a lot - they especially like to sniff around the tool
shed for a few minutes since they can't go anywhere else because of the
snow.  Recently a possum has been spending some time in there and so there
is some possum poop.  Are they in danger?  Lung worm symptoms to watch for?
