Denise,
I can understand the mental pain you are feeling.  Maybe animals have it
better in some ways than us humans, I worked as a Paramedic for several
years and have seen many people who were suffering with terminal cancers.
Most of them wanted to be released, but no one could help them.  I know
that this is the toughest decision to make, but I do not believe that it is
murder to provide the last relief for a beloved pet.  Remember the promise
of Rainbow Bridge, I for one believe that it is true.  If you wish I run a
website for another ferret list, and I would be willing to place your
