Subject:	Why is Totally Ferret so expensive?

I was wondering why TF is so expensive and superior grade cat foods like
Innova and Felidae (which supposedly contain only human grade ingredients)
are about 1/2 the price.  Is it due to the quantity produced or are there
other reasons?
 
Also, does anyone feed the foods mentioned above?
