IT is very difficult to pinpoint a diagnosis on a case like this because a
number of conditions may result in a green mucoid stool.  What green and
mucoid says is that the stool is coming through way too fast (it turns
brown if it's moving through at the normal pace), and suggests that your
ferret may also not be eating at this time.
 
Has your ferret been in contact with any other ferrets, or have you?  There
are some infectious diseases that may result in greenish slimey poop - so
it's important to look for any potential carriers that you may have come in
contact with.
 
However, your ferret is likely sick, and probably should see the vet
before the end of the month.  I would schedule a visit early next week if
possibile.
