Hi everyone,

Naughty me, I have been negligent in reading my FML in the last three days.
I have a VERY good excuse. I swear. I'd like to introduce my newest
addition, as yet unnamed. (Haven't found one that really fits him yet.)
He is a sweetling beyond words, a youngster, albino boy. He is darling
and perfect.

Mira, the priss, and oldest of the bunch, at 3yrs old, simply looked at me
as if to say, "Well mom, you've done it again, now what?"

Cael, next oldest, behind Mira by two months or less, is supremely
greatful that I brought him another boy to play with. For months now,
in fact ever since my boy Booboo died in January from complications related
to a urethrotomy, he has not been the ferret I once new. He mellowed
considerably, and would NOT be excited to play as he used to. Since the
new boy came home, he has been up and chasing him around, trying to clean
his ears, playing and (to my amazement, for he never did it before, even
when he was young,) dooking! Yeah for Cael!!

Tasha, the youngest, still under a year, but not by much, is beside herself
with the thought of another young one with her type of energy. Mira and
Cael play with her, if you can call it that. I think most of the time they
are merely humoring her, and doing what they can to keep her teeth off
their body parts. :-)

I am plumb tuckered out just watching this new one. He is snuggly and
sweet when sleepy, and almost as energetic as my dear Tasha, who is a
complete spaz, 24/7, when awake. I confess that he is MF, from Petco. I
made the mistake of stopping at Petco for food, with my roommate Cory, who
adores my ferrets. They had two little albino boys who had been there for
almost two months, one of whom had been purchased and brought back because
"mom didn't like his eyes." They also had recently received a shipment of
youngsters, so these two boys were not in a good position sale-wise. I
fell in love, and my roommate said, "Well, Merry Christmas?" How can you
resist? Is it even possible to look one of these darlings in the face and
hear someone tell you they will buy him for you and say NO?? Can I be
blamed? Two days ago I checked my town's Humane Society webpage, and no
ferrets were listed. Today I check, and they have a female sable. Am I
a bad ferret mom for not checking before giving in to this devilish offer?
I don't know, all I know is I have the most lovely little creature, who has
done wonders for my boy Cael, and gives Mira a much needed reprieve from
Tasha, the brat. I can't think of a better personality to fit with my
bunch. I thought of naming him William, Will for short. It seems to fit,
and has a second, hidden meaning. (Name him Will, because I have none.)
Anyway, thats all for now.
