I needed to let you all know of a very sweet Marshall female ferret at
Story Co. Animal control.  Mia is about 6-7 years old.  Health seems good.
No problems aware of.  Owner had to give her up after 5 years of care.  He
is going through a separation with wife and kids are neglecting Mia.  She
is a very sweet lovey dovey girl.  Owner claimed she has never bitten
anyone and never showed the desire to.  I have nothing else on her history
other than she is a dark sable Marshal ferret.  Sue of the shelter called
me to see if I could take her but unfortunately I could not.  She would be
a great single ferret or possibly a permanent resident at a shelter.  I
don't think she has been around other ferrets.  Sue is desperate to find
her a home because they don't deal with ferrets there and they don't have
the proper things she needs.  You may call Sue directly if interested @
515-382-3338 let her know you are from the Internet group Candi (me) told
her about.  Also she is going to drill you, I guarantee it, Sue wants her
to go to only the best home with lots of love because she is such a good
girl.
