Please help as we have tried a NZ vet already and he is out of ideas.
Teal is a rescue ferret of Gill's and has an expanding patch of hair
loss /red raw with scabs forming.  It is located just beneath the right
ear stretching down to the middle of the stomach and crossing the centre
line of the back reaching to the under belly.
 
- Ring worm has been checked .
- mites as well
- Low allergy food is being tried .
- Blood tests come back normal .
- Culture samples did not grow .
- There is still thin discoloured fur on this patch and some black spots .
- Bedding is changed every day.
- eating well ,but scratching.
