As to the USAirways handling of the 35 ferrets, the FAA in your area can
be contacted as well as the FAA in Washington with your formal complaint.
These people will address your complaint as a matter of law.  Is another
method of putting pressure on the airlines.
 
I do not want to get in the middle of Marlene and Carol or Sue on the
ferret issue, actually did not read the original complaint or text.  Yet,
I know all of these persons and have met them either in their house or in
mine as well as at formal Ferret functions.  I am sure Marlene meant well
however it came out.  I am just as sure Sue and Carol meant as well in
their handling of ferrets and the sale thereof.  All of these people are
the most caring and responsible people a neighbor could ask for and better
yet they each mean only the very best for the ferts they harbor and
distribute.  It is their lives, what makes them tick.  For sure these
issues are only a passing misunderstanding and can be resolved with a
simple phone call of "dang..  ok..  I misunderstood, sorry.  Can we be
friends???  We can!?!?!?!!!!!  Great!!!!!!!!!"
