Laura might consider that the origin of the mysterious bites on her
ferret's neck may originate with a male in her group that is experienceing
adrenal problems and starting some inappropriate "breeding" behavior due
to a rise in testosterone. You will have to observe to find the "culprit".
We have had great success in controlling this symptom by using a drug
called Megase. One drop a week seems to remove all symptoms. Ask your
vet or reply to us is you need more information, should this turn out to
be the cause of the wounds.
