Hey All,

Seems like the only time I ever get to write is when I am needing help.
So, you guessed, I am needing help once more.

I have a beautiful little chocolate point female named Rinkydink. She is
just over 1 year old. About every 2 months or so she has a bout of
something wrong with her stomach. The symptoms are a lot like a blockage.
No eating on her own, vomiting, diareah (when there is any poop and
straining to go), blood in the stool and lethargy. Sometimes a vitamin b
shot and antibiotics will get her well. Not this time. She is on her
sixth day of being like this. She has been in the hospital for the past
2 1/2 days and not comming home today. The vet did a barium series and
regular exrays for blockagae and she seems to be clear.

This is a little ferret, only weighted 1.5 at the start of this. She is
awful young to be sick so much. She gets the best of everything. Her
diet is Totaly Ferret, the Ferret Store Brand and Ultimate 8 to 1 Ultra
and Chicken Gravy.

When I first got her, she had not been weaned. It took us months to get
her little system right. Everything was going fine and then at about 6
months old she got hit with pnuemonia from attending a Renasaince Fair
(handled by a lot of people). Ever since then she has had these bouts
about every 1.5 to 2 monts.

Please help, I love this little girl very much.

Fuzzy Blessings,

Karen
