Greetings all from CA!
 
Thank you Tammy for the information and for not flaming.  I ended up
paying $45.00 for a compounding pharmacy to mix-up and ship me some cherry
flavored pediapred.  Unfortunatley, Winnie absolutely hates the stuff and
I do not blame her.  I never knew my skinny little girl could make such
grimaces on her face!  Poor thing.
 
She is not having a hard time eating and appears to still have a decent
appetite but she has lost a significant amount of weight.  Is there
something I can buy to feed her to increase her weight?  Somone once
mentioned some type of people dietary supplimental drink like ensure or
something similar.  Would that work?  What about baby food?  Is that high
enough in fat for ferrets?  If so what is a good kind to buy?
