I get these little guys every year at this time.  I don't know what they
are either, I assumed they were baby flies :)
 
I have hung some of the sticky fly paper up in various rooms - this does a
great job and is non-toxic.  But is is super sticky so hang it up high!!
Also, I have 2 resident spiders who do a good job taking care of the rest
of the bugs.  I leave them be and they work hard.
