Dear FML:
 
As you may (or may not know) golfer Tiger Woods is in Toronto for the
Canadian Open.  I was fortunate enough to be asked to join him for a
round in the ProAm competition, traditionally played the day before the
tournament begins.  Unfortunately I was unable to find my practice whiffle
balls (those plastic golf ball replicas with little air holes in them), was
unable to practice my swing and felt compelled to turn him down as I felt I
would not be at my best without some practice.
 
I want to report that I just found all the whiffle balls under and in my
sofa!!!!!!  Along with four guilty looking ferrets!!!!
 
I believe the ferrets were taking turns guarding this bounty, along with
some socks.  I did ask Tiger if he would be interested in making an
appearance at Ferrets 2000 but he demurred.  I fear he thought his
practice whiffle balls might be stolen and he is probably right.
 
So unfortunately Tiger Woods will not be attending Ferrets 2000.
