To contact Governor Whitman via email, go to the website www.state.nj.us,
then look for "Governor's Office" listed on the left side of the page.
Click on that, and on the next page, click on "Contact the Governor," in
white at the top central part of the page.  You will be led to a form to
fill out, including a box for your message.  Fill out all the information,
then click on "Send Your Message," at the bottom of the screen.
