What are the most common ferret health problems and diseases?  How
frequently do they occur?  I reseached ferrets before I got mine, but
since I have been reading these newsletters, the health problems seem
much more prevelent and serious.  Do all ferrets suffer from these
diseases in their later years????
 
I was also told I could feed my ferret cat food, is that bad?  What is the
best way to give them ferretone?  It is so oily and gets on everything.
How often do they need it?  How often do they need hairball med.?
 
Sorry for all the questions, but all I read on here is about terrible
health problems and I don't know what i should look for with my ferret.
