There is a staff at this facility that is caring to both you and the
animals.  And there is a set of Doctors (Dr Susan Kelleher and Dr Andrew
Connors) That will not only handle most any emergency that enters their
ER but also go above and beyond the call of duty.
 
Tonight, I received bad news about Bownser.  He passed on at 9pm.  Dr
Connors, was willing to take Bownser on himself to help make him better.
Unfortunately, Bownser had given up the night before.
 
Everybody their is curtious, and knowledgeable and will make every effort
to save your animals life.
 
I now only have 2 ferrets, and probably will not get anymore for some time,
but I will always recomend Dr Kelleher and Dr Connors to anybody with any
kind of exotic animal.
