I got a call today from a woman looking for a home for 2 ferrets. They
belonged to her adult son, who recently died.
The ferrets are neutered males. Smokey is about 4 or 5, Taz is 2. She
described their colors as "black and grey" and "beige". She wasn't sure
about Taz, he would hide a lot when she visited.
She is concerned that they go to a good home, and "not be used as snake
food or anything" in her words. They are temporarily being cared for by
the aunt of her son's friend. I don't think the mother knows much about
ferrets, but wants to make sure her son's pets are well taken care of.
Please email me if you are interested in giving these orphans a home.
