As for your suggestion about cat toys, I have the same experience, except
my ferret almost knocked me out cold once with one.. The type with a
rubber string attached.. So he grabbed the toy and pulled.. And when I got
around the corner he let go.. Ouch.. :)
I am thinking about getting a female, as friends with ferrets tell me that
a male will not be too keen to fight with females, especially if he's
neutered.
