My husband and I went to the downtown metro dept. and filed charges on that
WWF wrestler, ( I found out that she is the owners wife) that attacked us
in the Meadows pet shop.  The desk sergeant told us that the police should
have taken our report and contacted our witness.  So the police desk
sergeant turned the whole matter over to the internal affairs about what
the cops did, or should I say didn't do!  So now those cops are in big
trouble too!  They also told me that what she did is a misdemeanor.  We
also have an attorney.  We have been to the doctor and are still getting
treatments for what she did to us.  We had just been in a car accident not
too long ago and we were getting treated for whiplash when she re injured
us!  We are now in the process of organizing a protest on the street.  I
found out by the police, that we do not need a permit as long as we keep
moving and not disrupt the flow of people traffic.  Everyone that I talk
to that has bought an overpriced animal from there has said that it died
shortly after coming home or they had to pay a large amount of money for
the vet to keep the animal alive.  It makes me so sick to think of those
poor little ferrets sitting in that fish bowl with nothing to do but sit
in the dark in their own poop when that shop is closed, and during the day
there are extremely hot lights that are on the fish tank lid, I just hope
they turn them out when they leave!
