Forgot yesterday to mention yet another way that necropsies save lives.
When ther is something in household, whether disease or a risk factor it
helps narrow down what is going wrong so that others can survive, through
appropriate, responsible action or treatment.  Necropsies are, have, and
will continue to be a essential tool to help save ferrets.
