I make it without honey or Nutrical for my ferret with insulinoma - she
and the others love it !!! I cut the chicken into pieces and pressure
cook it 30 minutes, along with the other ingredients, and pop it into the
blender - the bones become soft and crumbly, and the whole thing liquifies
beautifully into a nice paste. Peaches gets it twice a day, (I hide her
meds in it), the others once a day. Their coats have never looked better,
and Peaches has not needed an increase in her cortisone or Proglycem since
she started on it. She has not had a single crisis ... I wonder what Bob C
thinks of the pressure cooker idea ... because it is easier than grinding
raw chicken. How about it Bob ???

Jo and the Seven Wonders' - Dooker, Sugar, Taz, Peaches, Precious,
Dudley and Maximus (all ferrets of course)
