supporting a strong sentence in this sad and cruel case...I sent a fax
today including my fax sent last July 1999 and Canadians do not forget to
copy and paste your letter and send it with a cover to Honourable Minister

The mood in Ontario is swinging to very strong treatment of animal abusers
Time and again it is a bellweather for mistreatment of children and
spouses.  If we keep up the pressure and remind the powers that be that
we are paying attention hopefully a very strong sentence will be passed on
the two abusive and negligent owners.
