Well... this contagious disease has struck again. Slinky & Beretta now
have a baby sister, welcome hugs to Euro! She is a little doll, but I
really believe she (and her siblings) were way young to be in the pet
store. They said she is 7 weeks, but I wonder. She is eating soft food
and after a week will crunch on some hard food. But her teeth were so tiny
you couldn't hardly see them. You can feel them - little hypodermics!,
she nuzzles around and bites all the time. It will be an adjustment
after our other girls who are basically cuddle ferts. Euro is a bundle
of non-stop energy and already sleeps less than her 1 year old sisters...
Aw but how could I not take her - it was hard to not take the whole group.
Sadly in the cage next to her there was a large group of 6 week olds with
no mommy in the cage.. Maybe here in Europe things are done differently
at the pet stores. But we wanted to make this little energy bundle part
of the family... Just wondering when we should do shots for this little
dynamo? The clerk's English was iffy, but I'm sure there hasn't been any
thing done..
