Water bottles: Southern States and Walmart (and most pet stores also) sell
one gallon water bottles that dispense to a trough. One needs to either
put this inside the cage or better yet, make a weight supporting platform
and put the bottle on the out side of the cage but held in place with bunji
cords. Is easy to get to for service and the ferts love it. Food bottles
are also available.
Mattress's: Most lumber supply have damaged paneling. A couple sheets of
this nailed to the bottom of the box frame will prevent the ferts from
gaining entrance. THese sheets can be had for a pittance.
Seeing Eye Dog: On squiggles, I felt the land lord did a great job of
finally finding help for the animal but did fault him for not at least
emptying out the tank the animal was in. DUH. That was sooo obvious. No
negative inference was made to sight impaired nor their help animals, but
was pointed at the lack of seeing what was patently obvious by the land
lord. Someone read into the statement what simply was not ever there.
