In reply to Linda's post. I tend to see a lot of pet owners getting upset
over the way the pet stores, or large breeders conduct business. I would
like them to take a step back and look at things objectively. A business

[log in to unmask], 16 Oct 2000 19:09:18 -0700570_- Hi everyone,
Just had to brag and show off pics of the new baby who came home Saturday
from KiSta Ferret Shelter. Thanks again to Kim Rushing for allowing my
daughter to have pick of the babies!
Mom also came home from the shelter. She will be spayed within the month,
I was told to wait at least 2 weeks after the babies stopped nursing
altogether. To help offset the cost of her spaying, I am posting more
bedding auctions that will be specific for that cost. But, as always, at
least 20% of all proceeds from every auction goes [...]41_16Oct200019:09:

[log in to unmask], 16 Oct 2000 12:00:41 -0700588_- In response to Bob Chruch's suggestion in regards to our shelter. We have
had to cut back on most of our services this last summer and fall due to
financial difficulties and a recent hospitalization. I adopted out almost
all of our ferrets that were adoptable during the summer when our income
was drastically reduced. I kept only the sick. After the deaths of three
of these ferrets, we are left with only two. A little girl with adreanal
and another with insulinoma. I still have my personal ferrets that
accompany me on any presentations we do. We have not [...]35_16Oct200012:00:

[log in to unmask], 17 Oct 2000 10:24:46 -0400549_- I am posting this for my co-worker who is trying to find a home for his
two ferrets, Penny and Pete.
Penny
She is almost 4 years old; I believe she was born in late November 1996.
I got her in January 1997.
She is a light sable color with a pale nose. She is also spayed and
descented. She comes originally from Marshal Farms, unfortunately. I did
not know about that outfit before I got her and learned more about the
ferret world.
