How do you do it? How do any of you deal with that awful, burning,
I-wish-I-were-five-years-old-so-I-could-throw-a-tantrum feeling resulting
from thwarted ferret math? I am a self-supporting college student with
three ferrets -- one more than *originally* planned. My cage is barely
big enough for all three (that's what I tell myself, any way, so that I can
justify letting them have free range in my bedroom and sleep in my pajama
drawer) and I have neither the space nor the budget for another. But, oh!
he was a beautiful baby. White with a soft grey "saddle." Rambunctous and
curious and climbed like a little monkey -- literally! At one point he was
hanging from the roof of the cage with his four little paws, practically
shouting, "Hey, look what I can do!" To he who buys that precious little
one, be good to him -- I'll be watching.
