My recently acquired husband is very amused by my ferrets antics
(especially Linus, a classic example of the Happy-Go-Lucky ferret missing a
few nuts and bolts here and there) and wants to go to this Ferret Fun Fair
(In Pdx, OR) scheduled this weekend.  Both my ferrets have been on immuran
(sp?) an immuno-suppresant drug for about 6 to 8 months now, so I will not
be taking them.  My ferrets are 5 & 6, and have not had any health problems
while on this medication, except for Linus' reoccurring liver infection and
of course the health problem they had which put them on this course of
medication to begin with.  I am concerned about unintentionally
contaminating them though.  Should I really worry about picking something
up from this event and bringing it back to my ferrets?  Even if I don't
touch any ferrets?
