Here is a cute thing that happened this morning. I was awakened here in
Virginia at 5:45 by a lightning and thunder storm. It was coming down fast
and furious like many storms do, but it was quite beautiful too. Just when
we lost power I heard continuous "dooks" coming from the ferret room. I
took my flashlight to investigate and found all four fuzzies on the top
level of the cage begging to be let out with looks that said "Mommy!
Something is coming in the window and we are trapped in the cage!" So off
to the living room the five of us went for the duration. I thought that
they would play while I laid on the couch, but they stayed on the couch
with me! It wasn't until the storm stopped and the power came back on that
they started to venture off. Isn't that something? Sometimes you need
your "human mommy".

Tally, Toby, and Lucy(I knew that it wasn't gonna get us) too.
