Could you explain in more details on this ferret blood donor?  How do you
know which vet wants donors and should you contact vets in your area?  What
type/size/age/health is needed for a ferret to donate blood?  Is health the
only criteria?  Should a ferret donate blood to be frozen (I think) like
humans do, or is this a one time donor?  How many ferrets have died to
provide blood to another ferret?  Is this a risk for the ferret blood
donor?
