I was sent an email regarding a student in California who is writing a
paper on the Legalization of Ferrets in California.  I don't know much more
of the particulars of his request other than he requires two interviews on
the subject, and that he seems genuinely fond of ferrets.
 
Would anyone be willing to talk or write to this fellow?  Please email me
to get the particulars as I don't have permission to post his number.
 
I don't feel qualified to be able to answer this student's questions fully
as I am Canadian.
