When I cited the person who said "cluttered but clean", neither they nor I
meant it in a derrogatory way. In fact I had told Kim several months ago
that that is what was said to me by this person, and I recall us chuckling
over the fact that it's hard to be a shelter and not be cluttered. It
certainly was not meant in a bad sense by myself or the person who
originally said it. In fact it was more meant in a good light, that as
packed in as she was at the time with ferrets and supplies, she was still
very clean.
