Hi, folks.
I've been on this list for a long time now, but have been a lurker for most
of that time....
My little Fert, Kaos, is not so little this winter. He's added about a 1/2
to 3/4 a pound to his 3 pound frame. I know weight shifts are common, but
this seems excessive. Are there any good web sites that you can point me
too for suggestions on what - if anything - I should do? Do you have any?
Thanks!

Folks,
I read the ferret FAQs and it suggested that a 40% weight gain is
acceptable in winter. Sorry about the previous post. I should've read
the FAQ first. If anyone with experience thinks that a Fert that's
otherwise acting and looking OK should NOT gain that much weight, please
let me know. If it gets worse, I'll take him to the vet.
Thanks!
Karl
