Hi to all!
 
Those of you with rabbit-ferret questions...don't forget...ferrets, altho
they have been domestic longer than cats (about 2000 years or more) are
natural mousers and rabbit hunters!  And, I am sure, since this is
instinctive behavior, that a ferret would naturally kill a rabbit.
HIstorically, farmers have used ferrets to hunt rabbits and let them in
the barns to kill the mice and rats.  Of course, this is old news to most
of you, but the instincts don't fade with time.  Ferrets are the most
wonderful, social, cuddly guys in the world, and aren't we lucky!?!
