The response received from an 800 line answerer was "...an unqualified NO"?
The definition of 'unqualified' is - lacking the necessary qualifications.
So yes, it WAS unqualified, but it was NOT a direct answer to the question
asked. To say (ok, insist!) that they would not DOWNGRADE the food is a
non-answer. Dowgrade? What is downgrade? If you can keep the protein
coming in, via vegetable product, you can say you have not downgraded the
protein level.

People, you have to read what is THERE, hear what is SAID. The food HAS
been changed, and you can bet the changes did not improve it. When we
listen to double talking people placed at phones to pacify us, we are
being gullible.

Straight from the horse's mouth? More like the horse's other end!

Large companies answer to stockholders. Stockholders want to see profit.
How much is the dividend this year? The bottom line is to make a company
profitable so the stockholders will be happy. Stockholders dumping stock
affects the health of the company. Iams now has to answer to P&G. P&G
can say 'you have a problem - FIX it'! Bye, bye, chicken, hello corn.

Georgia - the left coast one...
