Howdy:
I just was handed a box of Famous Amos Cookies. I used to sell these in a
little itty bag 20 some years ago. The ingredients were readable, and took
up only 3 lines. I now look at the box and see the ingredients take up
about 20 lines, and are filled with artificial this and that. There was
no Amos on the front holding up his famous cookie. I guess he sold out
to whoever.
Iams will be this way in a couple of years, I bet.
Mass commercialism.
Fondly, yet frustrated,
Sarah, proudly owned by Ole Lady Stela, Portia the lazy fattfurrbutt, and
Max, who aint so green afterall.... and living happily in Louisiana instead
of CaCa land....
[Moderator's note: Not too related, no... in context we see the point, of
course, though I don't think we need lots of similar anecdotes. BIG]
