Hi!

Well. I've finally done it. The cage order has been placed, and I've
made an appointment to see some ferrets from a local breeder.

I've got a cage with 7.5 sq. ft, for the two ferrets I plan to get.
I've also purchased/plan to purchase: Linatone, Bitter Apple, IAMS
cat food, litter, brush, and two collars w/ bells, and wood chips
(pine, not cedar, not sawdust) for the tray under the cage, water
bottle, feeding bowl, litter box(es), t-shirts for bedding material, a
couple of ferret-toys (balls, a sock, etc.).

I'm planning on using a few shoeboxes for litter boxes outside the
cage.

I've found a local vet who will do spay/nueter, descent, shots
(distemper), for about $150 for the pair.

I've set aside plenty of time to start training them, and have got two
other people to help me with the training...

What am I forgetting? And last minute advice before two bundles of fur
drop into my life next week?

Any "words of wisdom" on litter training them OUTSIDE of their cage
will be gratefully accepted!
