Hi, my name is Chere McCoy and I have a lovely 6 month old girl ferret
who's name is sam.  Sam and I want to join this service.  Previously
we had tried to get to the intenet thru the address given in the newsletter
but had problems.  So we are finally getting on by replying to the
newsletter which was mailed to us through compuserve.  We live in Vero
Beach Florida and we want to start a club - There are many many ferrets
in Vero Beach.  We have a wonderful vet Dr. Ernest who keeps up on all
the latest ferret health problems.  Sam was bought at the age of 8 weeks
and she was fixed and descented.  I have seen several messages on the
newsletter about this and to tell you the truth it frightened me. If
anyone know of a ferret club close to Vero Beach, Florida please let me
know.  Also if there is a ferret show in Florida - we would like to go.
If you are in Florida near Vero Beach and would like to adopt a ferret -
the Animal Control Office here quite often has a few.  Thanks for listening
