Howdy y'all! We hope things are going well for everyone. In regard to
ferret dreams, I was doing some research for my experimental psychology
class and just thought I'd see if any ferret research was on the search
engine I was using. 88 items came up! One of them was a comparison of
cat REM time and ferret REM time. The researcher found that ferrets spend
60% of their sleeping time in REM state and cats spend 40% in REM. Only
the abstract was available to read so I don't know if the researcher
factored in that ferrets sleep more than cats.

In regard to catnip, I haven't noticed my guys having a reaction (poofy
tail) to it. If the cat tunnel they were playing in had a fleece lining
it may have just been static.

Kisses to the fur kids,
Laura, Tavi, Booger, Jasper, Pharaoh and Vex
