Since the legalization took effect over a week ago, we have had two found
ferrets turn up.  In the past three years, we have probably only had five
lost ferrets turned in.  I know no one bothered to show up at the ferret
class yesterday.
 
As usual for Utah people, its a big issue until its no ones concerned.  Now
that they are legal, no one cares to do the right thing anymore and the pet
shops are selling Ferrets like water to a thirty man.
 
SO COME ON ALL OF YOU UTAH FERRET OWNERS, lets set the example and not
become part of the bigger problem.
