Regarding the company the makes the Ferret Calendar checks, I also
reordered from them several weeks ago.  When I called, they also could find
no record of my original order.  But the person on the phone explained to
me their company had been purchased by another about a year ago, and the
databases had not been transferred completely.
 
She did try to be helpful and spent a bit of time trying to find my record.
She even found another Iroff in Alexandria VA.  (Hey that's my parents!) I
ended up having to mail in the reorder form (which had a ferretone stain on
it!), and my checks arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
 
Even the best of companies screws up sometimes, so it's hard to say if my
or Anne's experience is more typical.  Anyone else have problems with the
Styles Company lately?
