Hi:
I took my three ferrets to the vet yesterday and the vet thinks that they
have some sort of intestinal blockage and wants to cut em open and find the
blockage.

They have had diarreaha off and on for moths now with the vets help we know
there is not any parasites or worms or illnesses.

They seem heathly...eat fine...drink fine...play full of energy...eyes
shine...etc. Has anyone more ferret experience in this issue? Our vet
if is one of the few who know ferrets in our area and evn so had to look
everything up as she went along in the visit.

Surgery is risky and non conclusive if there isn't anything there anyway.
What are my options?

Thanks
