A couple of years ago when the dog ate an ant trap that wasn't hidden
well enough (they bait them with peanut butter) (the dog was fine) the
veterinarian gave me this phone number:

1-800-548-2423 - $30, have your credit card ready
  or
1-900-680-0000 - $20 for 1st 5 min + $2.95 each additional minute, will
be billed on your phone bill
 
thank god i've never needed to use it again, but i just checked the 800
number and it is still correct...
