Fannie, the Slipper Thief, who will even take slippers right off a person's
feet, found a wrapped package of slippers this morning.  Even though the
slippers were boxed (flimsily) and wrapped, she was able to ferret them out
from behind a stack of other packages!
 
Fannie gave the recipient such a good head start at unwrapping the
slippers, they had to be wrapped over again and stored behind a closet
door.  Since the little imp doesn't give up, all the other packages had
to go, too, until Christmas morning.
