Notice from the Associated Press regarding a dog chewy recall, as seen on
CNN.com on 10/28:
"... Pet Valu International Inc. took the additional step of recalling
certain Rollover brand dog chews from its stores in New Jersey, Delaware,
Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
Recalled are the following Rollover products:
garlic-flavored pig ears bearing UPC code 6076688023; cheese-flavored pig
ears, UPC 6076688022; five-inch chews, UPC 6076688005; lambie chunks, UPC
6076688102; and dog chew hooves, smoked or plain, sold in bulk."
[Moderator's note: I'd normally say something like this was off-topic. But
in a note to me, Aileen (& the Herd) correctly pointed out that that some
people have been known to give ferrets pigs ears and such. Now if it was a
1997 Ford being recalled, I think I'd say that was off topic. Well, the
real one anyhow... toy cars the ferrets might play in might be OK :-) BIG]
